Gibson Les Paul

In the early 1950s, Ted McCarty and Les Paul began developing the Gibson Les Paul guitar. Les Paul is a famous guitarist who pioneered the sound of rock-n-roll. The Gibson Les Paul has stood the test of time, and offers a guitar that targets every price point and level. The Melody Maker, for instance, does not bear the Les Paul name, but is an inexpensive version of the original that has consistently followed the design through out each era.

There are several characteristics of a Gibson Les Paul that sets it apart from the composition . It's a solid bodied electric  guitar, and the strings are always mounted to the top rather then the body. The guitar also comes in a wide variety of colors and finishes, features the best of the best hardware, and innovative electric pick-up options. In 1957, the Gibson Les Paul revolutionized the sound of the guitar when they invented and installed humbucker pick-ups.

The Gibson Les Paul is a classy guitar that offers a clean, distinct sound. It's the perfect addition to your collection.

I have a 3 gibson guitars an explorer, an sg and my les paul which is my favourite out of them. It is a 1962 Les Paul and I rate these guitars 10/10 anyday.

The Gibson Les paul is hard to beat and I will bet the 1962 Les Paul you have is very sick indeed. Those Humbuckers from those years are full of wonderful rich overtones and harmonics. Thanks for sharing that with us Andrew.
